All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and download access is provided, we cannot offer refunds.

Why No Refunds?

WebSkinz sells digital products (browser skins) that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once the customer has received access. This policy protects both our creators and the integrity of our limited edition system.

Before You Purchase

We encourage you to:

  • Review all product images and descriptions carefully
  • Check product compatibility with your browser
  • Read any included specifications or requirements
  • Contact us with questions before purchasing

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refunds or credits in cases of:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice due to a technical error.
  • Technical Issues: If we are unable to deliver the product and cannot resolve the issue.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: Unauthorized purchases reported within 24 hours.

All exception requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Limited Edition Items

Limited edition products have a fixed quantity. Each edition number represents a unique, numbered copy. Due to the collectible nature of these items, limited edition purchases are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Chargebacks

We take payment disputes seriously. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to revoke access to any purchased products and block future purchases. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.
